    Incident temporary on hold until tonight where some task has been planned :
    KeyPoint (Chase) will schedule a reboot of the servers tonight
    Peter will be available to bounce the database
    Daniel is going to check on the customer impact on rebooting
    Currently the KeyPoint service is degraded, but functional
