CSB and Salesforce are not communicating with DAT Rep

    We are getting reports that CSB and Salesforce are not communicating with DAT Rep. Resolved by deploying the PR that enables replay of Salesforce CDC events (gitops-identity PR #2691) and replaying events from the disruption point, which restored communication between CSB/Salesforce and DAT Rep. A root-cause investigation is still needed to determine why the salesforce-account-adapter stopped consuming events, as there may be an underlying issue.
