FMIC team is unable to download the files from files.dat.com however the site is up and reachable with no recent DNS change. The incident was mitigated by implementing a temporary workaround where the FMIC team manually downloaded the files since the automated batch command was not functioning. Additionally, an action was taken to resolve the underlying issue by coordinating with the security team to ensure that scans would no longer target files.dat.com, which was causing the blockage.

Team escalated the issue to AWS support and requested assistance from files.dat.com to unblock their IP, which they confirmed was previously flagged due to security vulnerability scanning. The incident is still under investigation and will be resolved once the Ip block will be lifted.

The system in the Analytics Production environment is facing restricted access, blocking any changes to the route table or Transit Gateway. As a temporary workaround, the team is manually downloading files that are normally retrieved through a batch command triggered by Alteryx. Further actions are on hold until the next business hours, pending a review by the Cloud Ops team.
