    Unable to establish connections to oracle and it's impacting hexarocket, which will impact cutover tonight. The incident was resolved by restarting the CSB Oracle database, which involved shutting down services and causing a planned 30-minute outage. After the restart and validation of services, operations were resumed, and the incident was marked as resolved.
