    We turned on a new pipeline that feeds MCI data based on the new fact and the results look inaccurate Mitigation involved rolling back from the new MCI FACT to the previous FACT_FME/Wherescape setup and re-running backfill for the current period plus 30 days of history, with test jobs confirming success. The rollback completed and downstream checks passed, placing the system in a delayed-release state, while UI banners and customer communications were used to indicate degraded data during the rollback (now removed).
