The FTP production host is currently down and will be unavailable. This incident is mainly to track customer communications. - Security cleared the FTP server and it was brought back online, followed by validation of the services and credentials.
    - Access was re-enabled for a limited set of critical customers (≈50 DAS and large contributors) to maintain continuity while a new secure FTP server is built and customer communications are coordinated.
