    Latency at the Emissary level that is not present in the application. First noticed within Sv4 when publishing to Notification System. During our traffic peak for thursday morning, latency stayed consistent for affected applications.

    Latency at the Emissary level that is not present in the application. First noticed within Sv4 when publishing to Notification System. Emissary pods were restarted on freight-prod, which improved latency for affected services. As traffic is currently trending downward, teams will monitor during tomorrows peak and re-open the incident if needed.
