    Error: 102000080 - User could not be found Rollback to office failed because office id is missing Rollback to company failed because company id is missing. Mitigation was achieved by manually cleaning up the users’ data: removing/clearing csb_id values in Auth0 and the corresponding CSB records (including deleting problematic CSB entries) to free up emails for recreation/association. Per-user patches were applied (documented in a shared sheet) and the incident was marked Mitigated, with root cause under investigation.

    Monitoring
