    Call volume is normal, and for those that are experiencing this issue, clearing cache and cookies resolves the issue. I'll work with @sergeyd and the #team_rateview-broomstick-army to attempt to recreate the issue, but this is not going to be easy as it seems specific to a users browser configurations."
