    SendGrid issues have been resolved, so emails from Auth0 password resets should be working across all email domains.

    Emails to Microsoft Domains from CSB products (such as Onboard, CarrierWatch, etc) are still failing to send. Microsoft support has implemented a fix and anticipates 24-48 hours needed for their fix to replicate to all their mail servers.
