    @galena will work with @ashleyb and Rick so we are doing a better job tracking Astonia calls, so there is more visibility into how often customers are complaining about the data quality

    Base on the information gather until now, its affecting only few customers.
    Problem: Customer was seeing a ~39 / 46 for CS and days to pay, in Directory, before the MC number was updated in directory and SF.
    Once the update happened, the credit score is no longer visible
