The PATCH load posting >=3s alert has been triggered off-and-on since yesterday (11/23/25) evening. Initial signs point to the posting-change-stream-consumers as having issues. The availability of the Freight Posting Service is still looking okay, but I am opening this incident as I continue to investigate the root cause.
