    This spike seems to have past, we are working on root cause and identifying actions to mitigate this event in the future.

    We went from roughly 450,000 requests per 5 minutes, to 2,000,000 requests per 5 minutes, and that overwhelmed our 20 web servers. the Web Application Firewall blocked some of these requests.
