    All issues have been resolved.
    The trouble with the SMS links was sourced to a verification tool that mimics productions behavior. No broken links were actually sent, they only occurred in the verification step.

    Tracking request link in the SMS has 'aaa' appended to it and the resulting link doesn't work. Team is investigating the root cause.
    Drivers that haven't updated to the new version of Ontime Mobile app will experience issues with posting location data. Workaround is to update to the new version, while the team is investigating an issue with malfunctioning proxy meant to provide backwards compatibility for previous versions of the app.
