    We've been seeing a noticeable increase in CC Payment failures since Oct 1st resulting in a sizable increase in customer cancellations due to these payment failures.

    We are exploring potential root causes / patterns and the only thing that sticks out is a sizable rise in "SUSPECTED FRAUD" CC declines.  But I'm also seeing a few other categories rise as well (Blocked/Restricted and misc "decline" reasons). There’s no evidence of mitigation in the report—only open to-dos for a PIR and capturing current customer impact. With status "started" and no documented containment or remediation steps, it isn’t apparent that the impact has been stopped; please share any containment actions and recovery signals if available.
