    NICE is experiencing a service outage. This outage may create difficulties answering calls, it may drop calls, and the Max agent might not connect.
    We have reached out to NICE, and are monitoring the situation.

    Some of the Support staff are currently experiencing issues with Max. They are unable to receive or make calls.
