  Rateview has been enhanced with a "RATECAST" tab on the Single Lane page.

  When a Combo Pro or Combo Premium user runs a single lane request, the application will request an 8-day rate forecast with the best fit escalation available. The 8 data points are plotted on a chart allowing the user to hover over the data points and see the Forecast, Upper Forecast, and Lower Forecast intervals for that day.

  This change includes an additional tab on the single lane page and is a BETA release to:
  Key accounts ("Key Account" capability), National accounts ("National Account" capability), and Combo Pro and Combo Premium accounts ("Rates load to truck ratio" capability).
  -Key and National accounts will be able to view both a 52 week forecast and an 8 day forecast
  -Combo Pro and Combo Premium accounts will be able to view an 8 day forecast.

  The biggest change from the last release on 5/5 is that Combo Pro, Combo Premium, Key Account, and National account users will see an "Upgrade Now" button instead of BETA.

  The code is currently in the hotfix/4.0.1.1 branch, and has been deployed to the test environment.
