    Defective hardware was replaced and reconfigured by ISP.
    Currently we are in the process of checking that everything is back to normal and monitoring the stability of the ISP service .

    Flexential has clear all its side of the interconnection at the Data Center.

    Flexential found the cable to have some loose pairs. Their on-site cabling contractor is being engaged right now to fix it.

    Our Team continue working with the ISP and with Flexential (our datacenter ). Up to now the ISP has not found any problems in their gear.
    The team is currently troubleshooting the cross connect portion of the connection as Flexential was doing some work recently and it might be related.

    Our team continue to work with ISP requesting updates , it was also opened a ticket with Flexential (our data center) to check the cross-connect from our cage to the meet-me room.

    The issue has been identified as a problem within the ISP "Internet Service Provider" network.
    A hight priority ticket was opened with them and they are currently working on the solution.
    In the meantime our team is working on a temporary solution.
