    Multiple customer reports of loads seeming to hang on creation. The incident was mitigated by rolling back the enrichment-service, which helped address the lag in posting creation. Additional actions such as scheduling a post-incident review have yet to be assigned, but the immediate issue was resolved with the rollback.
