An incident has arisen due to the deletion of the user account TQLBHughes during a user cleanup process, resulting in complications in recreating the account. This issue is affecting operations for the stakeholder involved. The incident was resolved by successfully restoring the TQLBHughes user account, which became active in the system following modifications made to the user status. The customer confirmed that they were no longer experiencing issues, and the NOC will continue to monitor the situation.
