DAT ASSURANCE link included with a load post is broken somehow and generating an error - team is able to easily reproduce. The incident was resolved by identifying and fixing the issue with the DAT ASSURANCE link, specifically by updating how client-support replaced spaces in URLs, which restored link functionality. A JIRA ticket has been created to monitor the issue for future occurrences.

DAT ASSURANCE link included with a load post is broken somehow and generating an error - team is able to easily reproduce. The incident was mitigated by identifying the problem with the DAT ASSURANCE link, where Julie Mather made changes to how client-support replaces spaces in URLs, leading to successful link functionality for all her attempts post-fix. Future follow-up will be tracked via a JIRA ticket to continue monitoring the issue.
