    Users on DAT1 floor and other floors are experiencing errors when accessing account service data. Errors are surfacing as 500s and 503s across multiple dependent services. Account service is experiencing intermittent spikes and out of memory errors, resulting in error rates approaching 100%. Team is actively investigating.
