    Incident status update:
    WTF has investigated and identified two places (Search loads, Private loads) where the problem can occur
    The problem appears to be in the negotiations elements of the load details
    We are unable to test the proposed fix (see PR 142) in Private loads because it is not functional in Test environment (due to Test environment refresh)
    WTF tested that same proposed fix applied to the Search loads page, but it did not appear to fix the problem.
    Orient Express team should resume their investigation when they return to work Friday morning.
