TruckerTools System Latency due to AWS Outage

    Due to AWS ongoing outage, instances aren't able to auto-scale, causing a delay in message processing. DB is having intermittent network connection issues prevent data from being saved. Monitoring has shown stable, AWS has resolved the services outage in us-east-1 along with the ec2 instance issues. We've also processed all queued jobs that backed up during this event
