    Auth0 issues with the create user process that started around 3:30pm pacific time. Mitigation was achieved by patching the externalUserId validation (regex) and deploying csb-user-service fixes, which allowed new user creation in DAT Rep without error and ensured subscriptions are added. The team is performing bulk fixes for affected users from the incident window, validated with positive UAT, and the incident status was updated to Mitigated for new users (with ongoing work on older accounts).
