    The "Credit rep / Account manager" fields were not populated as planned during the migration from Siebel into Salesforce. As a result this any related processes or flows are failing and forcing reps to manually correct their work that was previously automated.

    During this period we will be loading the credit rep and account manager data intended from Siebel.
