An issue has arisen wherein deleted loads are still visible on the Load Board and search page, raising concerns about compliance and operational visibility, particularly with fraudulent loads appearing. This problem impacts users who have reported that the deletion process, especially for loads deleted via bulk actions, is not functioning correctly. A temporary workaround has been implemented where the Discovery team manually removes postings from the production database. The incident was reported by Chetan Narasimhamurthy and involves discussions among several team members including Vince Molieri and Keegan Brown, highlighting potential root causes related to system communications and an AWS outage that has led to elevated error rates. Further analysis and permanent solutions are yet to be determined.
