    Customers using TMS are reporting issues connecting to FTP for posting loads. The incident was resolved by the Auth team preparing a pull request to remove SFTP client from MFA, which addressed the connection issues affecting multiple users. It was confirmed that the problem was resolved for customers, and follow-up communication was initiated to verify this.
