RateView was resolved by correcting the readiness probes to target the proper internal CSB endpoints (WSDL/CSB hosts), updating CSR/WSA configurations, and deploying these changes via GitOps (Argo CD), while throttling the rate-lookup-service and restarting CSR/CarrierWatch/WSA to stabilize. The services returned to normal operation with no timeouts and CSR/CarrierWatch were restored, after which the incident was closed as resolved.

    There are no rates available for any lane in Rateview. Mitigation involved correcting the readiness probes and CSR/WSA configurations to target the correct internal CSB endpoints (updating to the proper WSDL/CSB host) and deploying these changes via GitOps with an Argo CD sync. To stabilize, the team throttled the rate-lookup-service (reducing max concurrent requests from 75 to 10, later 15), temporarily disabled synthetic health checks, and restarted CSR/CarrierWatch/WSA components, after which RateView began normal operation.
