    Approximately 200 Shipper customers using iQ Benchmark are experiencing inaccurate data dating back to April 1, 2026. Root cause is identified as a bug in the Raven model (Data Platform). This is not an outage — the product is accessible, but data quality is degraded. A remediation plan has been defined and requires sequential execution across test and production environments before impacted customers are made whole.
