    We are seeing a recurring pattern of "phantom" credit usage across multiple accounts. Customers are being debited for RateView queries that do not appear in their transaction logs or manual activity history. - The mitigation actions were to roll back CAB-11048 (removing the DAT_SOURCE_APP header/env vars from iQ Web across environments) and deploy a facade change to swallow the header, preventing the ghost CXCN RateView billing.

    - As interim measures, the team performed out-of-cycle balance resets and added reversing usage entries to negate charges for affected accounts, with plans to adjust Salesforce usage records and issue customer credits as needed.
