    Loadlink has reported issues sending files to DAT via FTP The incident was resolved by resetting the primary firewall, which restored connectivity issues with the SFTP endpoint, allowing Loadlink to successfully send files to DAT. Loadlink confirmed everything was functioning well on their side following the resolution.

    Loadlink has reported issues sending files to DAT via FTP The incident was mitigated by doing a failovering on the primary firewall, which resolved the connectivity issues with the SFTP endpoint allowing Loadlink to send files to DAT. Additionally, a Post-Incident Review meeting is planned for further evaluation and documentation.
