    Product Usage Dashboard is missing in DAT Rep across all checked accounts/users. Compliance/support use PUD for compromised-account validation, and no workaround is currently known. Account Team is engaged Mitigation summary from the report:

    • Root cause identified: The PUD visibility feature flag was left disabled during the Optimizely-to-Kameleoon migration audit, causing PUD to be missing in DAT Rep.

    • Mitigation planned/execute steps:

      • Revert the feature flag to its default state after the GitOps job finishes.
      • Expect PUD to become visible again in DAT Rep once the revert is applied.

    • Validation:

      • After the change, validate that Product Usage Dashboard is visible in DAT Rep.

    • Status/wrap-up:

      • If validation confirms visibility, move the incident to mitigated.
      • Then continue toward full resolution after monitoring and product confirmation.

    • ETA mentioned: ~30–35 minutes for the change to complete and visibility to be restored.
