    Several carriers have reported being unable to sign up for the for the platform. Code change went in that made the following updates:

    Now, missing fields are treated as \"not provided\" instead of causing an error. We also added a safety check so that if the carrier's address is missing, we still tell them clearly (\"contact FMCSA to update your address\") rather than silently letting them through with bad data.
    Now carriers can sign up even if they didn't have a phone number provided
