    Sysops needs to upgrade the production F5 load balancers due to a critical security bug. This bug was just noted over the weekend and is rated as a critical flaw by several cyber-security firms. There should be no impact to production as these are "high-availability", but that is not guaranteed. If there are issues during the upgrade, all applications that rely on the CSB may be interrupted. Customers logins may be reset due to this upgrade, requiring them to log in again the next morning.
