    Custmers are reporting dat is unable to load Action Taken: Expanded disk storage for the account.prod.kafka MSK cluster in AWS via ClickOps to resolve the disk space exhaustion that caused the broker crashes.

    Recovery Status:

    Disk usage has successfully decreased and the Kafka brokers are back online.

    account-service pods have recovered and auto-scaled to 28 healthy pods to handle the traffic backlog.

    Downstream core services (DAT One, One Web, Shipments, Loads, and Trucks APIs) are loading normally.

    Error rates (500s/503s) and latency have returned to acceptable levels.

    Residual Impact: There is still a minor lag (under one minute) for freight posting enrichment and posts reaching the board, but this is actively clearing.
