    So far 2 - 5 users are reporting the spinning wheel when trying to access DAT One Web The incident was resolved by turning off the feature flag for the User API, which allowed all user requests to be processed by the CSB instead, leading to some users successfully accessing DAT One Web. The status is marked as resolved, indicating that the issue has been addressed. Teams will create action items to follow up with a long-term solution.
