    load.booking.canceled events aren't being emitted for Pepsi/Rectangle The socket hangups customers/clients were seeing were coming from the ingress layer: we had ingress nodes that got terminated during a node/AMI roll but didn't cleanly deregister from the NLB target groups. These needed to be manually deleted from the NLB.
