    We see an issue where some customers are not able to get Fueltax data from the toolbox. We have verified these customers should have access to the feature. There is a work around possible.
    CSR's should access the feature from withing Power themselves.
    Copy the link from the top.
    Remove your login information and swap it for the customers
    Test the link.

    Engineering is looking at this issue now.
