Salesforce annual renewals are not taking into consideration seat pricing

    Issue with Salesforce annual renewals on our standard accounts. The renewals are not taking into consideration seat pricing, and the reduction in billed revenue is large. For example, 0001862276 went from billing $1043to 329 Mitigation involved deploying a production fix to correct MRC calculations (updated Apex logic and SOQL) and validating that new renewals now display the correct Total MRC and Customer MRC, with no revenue loss. In addition, a remediation plan was put in place to backfill and correct totals for previously affected accounts using a daily Apex script.
