After database migration, we are seeing intermittent issues with the negotiation service / bookable loads.(Trailblazers) The incident was resolved by determining that the majority of transactions succeeded without issue and that the problems were outliers, with a follow-up ticket created for future investigation. The incident status is marked as resolved.
